monday again?!

Monday again?!

The weekends just fly by don't they?

Even though it went by pretty fast, it was a great one!

Saturday night we spent some time in Carthage, TN at an ATV rodeo.  Mac's bike is still in the shop so we just went to watch.  Which was VERY hard to do. 

 I like to be cheering him on from the sidelines. :)

Guess I'm still a cheerleader at heart!

**what my summer will mostly consist of**

Sunday was spent laying out to get my tan on, trimming some bushes around the house,

motorcycle ridin', and some good ol' T-ville BBQ.

Wish I had taken some pictures, but I never seem to think of it until it's too late.

I do have a couple pictures from last week that I will share though.

I made taco soup for the first time last week.  It was actually pretty yummy!

A beautiful flower Mac picked for me from my peony bush.  Gosh they smell SO good!

I've not had a blog post in a few days.  Not really much to say I guess, but

I've been spending some time with the two babies in my life.

Carter is cutting his first tooth and he's a little on the fussy side.

Colton is eating, sleeping, sleeping, eating.  The usual baby stuff, LOL!

Here lately I've had vacationing on my mind. 

Who doesn't when the weather starts to warm up and the sun starts to shine a little more? 

At the moment I have no idea if I'll be going on a vacation this year,

but a girl can pin about it, right? Right!

Ohh, I love the sound of that.

1.  Panama City Beach, FL.

Love this beach.  Love the shopping mall there.  And it's easy to navigate around.

They've got some delicious restaurants too!

Even though I've been here before, I'd love to go back.

I have been dying to take a trip here.

I love stalking people's pictures of this city.

I've not gambled a lot, but I'd definitely put some coins in those slot machines!

The Windy City.

I went here once on a school trip in a middle school.  We went to several musuems, a HUGE mall,

a dolphin show, Michael Jordan's restaurant, and stayed in the Omni, thehotel that Oprah had her guests stay.  Lately I've been wanting to go back and check out the city.  After all that was mannny moons ago when I was there.

piloxing

I tried a new exercise class this evening - Piloxing.

It's a mix between pilates and kickboxing and boy does it kick BOOTY!!

That's been the roughest hour of my life in a while. 

LOL. Okay, maybe that's a little over dramatic... but seriously?!  It's tough.

Check out this video.

It was a non-stop hour of this!

I've been told that it burns up to 800 calories in an hour, so this may be my new go-to exercise for the week.  I'm really looking for something to help me tone up.

Have you ever tried Piloxing?  If so, what did you think?

Welcome to the world, Colton Reed.

Mac's baby brother was born Thursday, April 12, 2012 at 2:18 am.

He weighed 6lbs 15 oz and 20 inches long with a head full of black hair.

My cell phone pics just doesn't do him justice.

How about a new camera, mama??? daddy???

He's so precious. 

Now that we've got two babies in the family, I'm going to have to invest in a mom car.

My lil' S10 just isn't going to cut it!  I need something with a back seat to haul all my babies around in. LOL!

This week I started a new pinterest board called "Wish List".

There are things constantly popping up in my mind that I'd love to have.

Am I the only one that has this to happen?

I'm definitely grateful/thankful for all the things I do have in my life, but a girls got to dream right?

We did some mulching this weekend around the yard.  Ah, it looks SO much better.

I could sit out there all day and just gaze at it, it looks SO GOOD.

Mac did a great job lugging those big bags and putting mulch where I said to. :)

Now if we could get Boone to quit eating it!

DIY Sprinkler System anyone?!

Our grass in the backyard needed some watering and it got just that.

Who needs a sprinkler when you've got a water hose and a bungee strap? HA HA!

Walmart. First of the month. Enough said.

Three lanes open.  Line backed up to the grocery aisles.

My favorite lil' man with Great Nanny.

Carter is getting SO big.  He's starting to use his hands and sit up a little more by himself.

I'm starting to think he's going to walk before he crawls because he loves to stand up {while you're holding him}.  And boy, does that blue bring out his eyes.

GOOD Friday!

Yes, you are so good to me today because I'm getting off work at 12:00 and have the rest of the weekend to do what I want to.  And I love weekends like that!

This week has been a good one.  Minus the fact that Mac has started his 2nd shift.  But it's all okay, because we will eventually get used to this routine. Yep, I am a person who loves some routine.

So, since it's Friday and everything's good,

1.  My sister has supplied me with me fabric to make her a dress.

I can't wait to get started on it and see the outcome.

Hopefully it will suit her.She's pretty easy to please

2.  I had some nephew time on Thursday afternoon.

I love seeing that cute lil' butter bean butt! {no, I'm not weird, lol}

3.  Had some Rhino time and ran across some good buddies!

4.  Bee killing session.  I literally sit outside for an hour watching and

pointing out bees for Macto kill with his broken rake. FUNNY.

5.  My Nanny (grandma) fixed lunch and had me over to eat.

Boy, was it good! Pork chops, pinto beans, & fried potatoes!

Love it!

So.. I went and seen The Hunger Games and whoaa baby.

INTENSE.

I was so tensed up the entire movie, like a nervous wreck.

And I even knew how it would end.

I ended up loving the storyline between Katniss and Peeta.

It played out way better than I ever expected it to.

Big props to Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson {fellow Kentuckians}!

And those Capitol people -- exactly what I expected.

I'm now SO excited for the second one.

BUT, it's Wednesday and ya'll know the deal.
